Don't navigate China alone. Our on-the-ground team accompanies you to factories, trade fairs, and wholesale markets — providing professional translation, logistics, and sourcing guidance every step of the way.
Everything you need for a productive, stress-free sourcing trip — managed by our local China team.
We pre-screen, schedule, and accompany you to factory visits in Yiwu, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, and surrounding industrial zones. Our team asks the right technical questions in Chinese and provides real-time translation throughout the visit.
Full business interpretation in English, Russian, and Chinese throughout your trip — from factory negotiations and sample discussions to market tours and contract reviews. No communication gaps, no misunderstandings.
We recommend and assist with booking hotels near the markets and factories you're visiting — including business hotels close to Yiwu International Trade City and Guangzhou's Canton Fair complex.
Private car service for airport transfers, inter-city travel, and daily factory run routes. No taxis, no navigation challenges — our driver knows exactly where the factories are and the fastest routes between them.
Canton Fair (Guangzhou), CIFF, Yiwu Fair, and Hong Kong trade fairs — we register, navigate, translate, and help you identify the best exhibitors for your product categories. Enormously time-saving for first-time fair attendees.
Guided tours of Yiwu International Trade City (the world's largest wholesale market), Guangzhou's fabric and garment districts, Shenzhen's electronics markets, and Foshan's furniture wholesale hubs.
Our teams operate in China's three most important sourcing cities — each specialising in different product categories.
Yiwu International Trade City is a 5-district megamarket covering over 75,000 booths across jewellery, toys, hardware, textiles, stationery, and thousands of other product categories. Our Yiwu-based team navigates it with you, translates negotiations, and coordinates sample shipping.
Guangzhou is home to the world-famous Canton Fair, China's largest garment wholesale district (Zhongda Fabric Market), Panyu furniture hub, and a thriving OEM cosmetics manufacturing scene. Our Guangzhou team covers all major wholesale areas and manufacturing zones.
Shenzhen's Huaqiangbei electronics district is the world's largest electronics wholesale and manufacturing hub. Our Shenzhen team guides buyers through consumer electronics, smart devices, phone accessories, LED lighting, and custom electronics factories in the broader Greater Bay Area.
This is a sample itinerary for a buyer visiting Yiwu and Guangzhou. Every trip is customised to your product categories and objectives.

Our China Business Travel service is designed for buyers who are physically visiting China and need professional support on the ground. If any of the following describe you, this service is for you:
"I came to China for the first time to find suppliers for my Kazakhstan retail chain. Tiger Sourcing arranged everything — car, hotel, factory visits, and translation. In 5 days I visited 12 factories and placed orders with 4 of them. I would never have managed that alone. Their team made the difference between a productive trip and an expensive tourist experience."
Our team members have lived and worked in Yiwu, Guangzhou, and Shenzhen for years. We know which factory zones have the best manufacturers for which product types, which markets are worth your time, and which areas to avoid.
We don't take you on cold visits. Every factory we schedule has been pre-contacted in Chinese, screened for credibility, and confirmed for the product type you're looking for — so every meeting is worthwhile.
Our interpreters are trained in business and manufacturing terminology — not just conversational Chinese. They translate contract terms, technical specifications, pricing discussions, and supplier negotiations accurately and in full.
The relationship doesn't end when your flight leaves. We stay on as your China liaison — following up with factories, managing sample orders, and handling communication in Chinese until you're ready to place your production order.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks before your planned travel dates. This gives us time to pre-screen factories, schedule appointments, arrange hotel and transport, and prepare your trip itinerary. For Canton Fair trips (April and October), 4–6 weeks advance notice is advisable due to high demand. However, we can often accommodate shorter timescales — contact us and we'll confirm availability.
We don't directly process visa applications, but we can provide an official invitation letter from our company for use with your visa application at the Chinese consulate in your country. We can also advise on visa types (business visa vs. tourist visa) and recommend visa agencies in your country that handle China visas regularly.
Yes. We regularly support business delegations of 2–10 people visiting China for sourcing trips, including delegations from Russia, Kazakhstan, the UAE, and other countries. For larger groups, we assign additional interpreters and vehicles, and can coordinate split-team factory visits across multiple cities simultaneously.
Our fees are quoted per trip and depend on the duration, number of cities, number of factory visits, and level of support required. We provide a full cost breakdown before you confirm. Contact us with your planned travel dates, destination cities, and a rough number of factories you'd like to visit, and we'll send you a detailed quote within 24 hours.
Yes. Canton Fair support is one of our most popular offerings. We assist with pre-registration, provide a briefing on which phases and halls to prioritise for your product categories, accompany you to the fair with full translation, and help you evaluate exhibitors objectively rather than just collecting cards. We also arrange post-fair factory visits to the suppliers you identify at the fair.
Yes. After your trip, we stay on as your China-based account management team — following up with factories, placing sample orders, conducting quality inspections, and managing all supplier communication in Chinese. Many of our China Business Travel clients convert to long-term sourcing relationships following their initial trip.
Tell us your travel dates, destination cities, and what you're looking to source. We'll prepare a custom trip plan and quote within 24 hours.
